New Features

  • Helpful guidance across key pages: Planner, Shopping, Meals, Items, and key Settings pages now include lighter contextual guidance to explain important workflows in place.
  • Reusable Recipes for family favourites: Family-plan households can create and organise Recipes with ingredients, quantities, yields, instructions, images, notes and source details.
  • Include Recipes in Meals: Meals can combine Included Recipes with Meal Items while keeping each Recipe reusable and easy to open when it is time to cook.
  • Recipe ingredients in Shopping Lists: Ingredients from Included Recipes now contribute automatically when PantryM8 builds a Shopping List from planned Meals.

Improvements

  • Recipes where families plan and cook: Planner and Dashboard Meal cards show Recipe context, and Dashboard cooking details can be opened without leaving the day overview.

  • Signed-in Whats New updates: The signed-in Whats New overlay is now tied to the active PantryM8 release so future product updates can be announced more cleanly.

  • Planner and shopping polish fixes: Recent user-facing fixes improved planner return flow, shopping review actions, quantity handling, and cache-refresh behaviour for shared assets.
